Award-winning nail technician, educator and founder of Victoria Quinn. Since beginning my career in 2006, I've dedicated the last 20 years to continually improving my skills, raising industry standards and helping both clients and nail technicians achieve the very best results.
What started as a passion for beautiful nails quickly became an obsession with education. I truly believe that the best educators never stop learning — and I've spent the last two decades proving it.
Every year I invest thousands of pounds into my own training because my clients and students deserve the safest, most up-to-date techniques available. I've trained internationally, completed a formal mentoring qualification to become a better educator, and attended Tony Robbins' Unleash the Power Within in Germany to continue growing both personally and professionally.
My journey of growth never ends — because I believe in passing on the very best knowledge to you.
Creating beautiful nails is only part of what I do. I'm passionate about education, hygiene and raising standards throughout the nail industry — and in 2023 that passion led me to launch Victoria Quinn, my own professional gel brand.
Victoria Quinn products are used throughout the salon and in all of my training courses. Vegan, cruelty-free and formulated for the professional market — it's the product I'd always wanted to create.
Over the last eight years I've also trained more than 750 nail technicians and beauty professionals, won 28 industry awards including Academy of the Year, and completed a formal mentoring qualification to become a genuinely better educator — not just a more experienced one.
Visit Victoria Quinn →Unlike many salons, we never reuse files or buffers between clients. All reusable instruments are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and sterilised using an autoclave — the same standard used in medical settings.
It's one of the most important things we do, and it's still far from standard practice in the nail industry. Our clients trust us year after year partly because of the results we deliver — but also because they know they're safe.
Alongside the salon, I'm proud to run a fully accredited and insured beauty academy. Whether you're brand new to the industry or an experienced nail technician looking to master advanced European techniques, there's a course designed for where you are right now.
My mission has always been simple — to help raise standards within the UK nail industry while giving students the confidence and skills to build successful careers.
