I’m Zoe Lavender, Head trainer & UK distributor for Lisa Kon!
I’ve been in the beauty industry since 2006 and what a journey it’s been! I’m salon based 4 days a week, teach twice a week and run the distribution company around this. I’ve trained with the best brands to give my clients the best service and my students the best start in their journey. I have an amazing team working alongside me in the salon and 8 other academies teaching under me for Lisa Kon Training Academy.
It’s been a journey I never expected to take, but wow! I’m still on cloud 9 with all I’ve achieved. I took the best and biggest decision in my career, flew over to LA and trained with Lisa Kon in 2019 brought her products home for distribution and spent two years writing the manuals to support every product within the range. I’ve teamed up with some of the best in the business and together we’ve created an education system that creates amazing nail technicians. Team work has always been my number one goal, to have support from others not only helps you to grow but creates friendships that last for years.
