I started from scratch in 2006. I've navigated the slow years, the mistakes, the pricing anxiety, the clients who drained me and the ones who changed everything. I've rebuilt after setbacks, scaled an academy, launched a professional product brand and trained more than 750 students across nearly two decades.

In 2023 I completed a professional mentoring qualification — because I believe in training to teach properly, not just winging it. I also attended Tony Robbins' Unleash the Power Within in Germany, which reshaped how I think about growth, confidence and possibility.

    Yes — whether you're brand new or you've been working for years and feel stuck, mentoring can help. We start with where you actually are, not where we assume you should be. Some of the most valuable sessions I've had are with people right at the beginning who want to set themselves up properly from day one.
    Yes — Power Sessions and Growth Mentoring are available via Zoom or in person at the salon in Torquay, Devon. The VIP Business Intensive is in person only, as it involves reviewing your physical setup, systems and client journey together.
    A coach asks questions to draw answers out of you. A mentor shares their own experience, gives direct guidance and works alongside you. I've built an academy, trained hundreds of students, launched a product brand, made mistakes and recovered from them. I'm not here to help you find answers you already have — I'm here to share what I've actually learned so you don't have to learn it the hard way.
    The Power Session is completely standalone — one session, no commitment. The Growth Mentoring package has a 3 month minimum, which gives enough time to see real progress. The VIP Intensive is a single half-day session. You can always start with a Power Session to see how we work together before committing to more.

    Yes — the Power Session includes 7 days of WhatsApp support after your session. The Growth Mentoring package includes ongoing WhatsApp support throughout the programme. You're never left to figure things out alone between calls.
