About this treatment

Why regular infills keep nails looking their best

As your natural nails grow, the gap between the existing gel and your cuticle becomes more visible. A Gel Polish Manicure Infill closes that gap seamlessly, blending new product into the existing gel so there's no visible join and your nails look as good as the day you had them done.

Using Victoria Quinn products throughout, the rubber base is re-floated and a fresh coat of your chosen colour applied — topped with the same glass-like top coat finish. Cuticles are tidied and the nail plate refreshed ready for another 3–4 weeks of chip-free colour.

Want to switch things up? Colour changes are welcome at infill appointments — just mention it when booking. Nail art can also be added; let us know in advance so we can allow extra time.

What happens at your infill appointment

Nail check & tidy
Existing gel is assessed, any lifting dealt with, cuticles tidied and the nail plate prepped for fresh product.

Regrowth fill
New product applied to the regrowth area and blended smoothly into the existing gel — no visible join.

Colour application
Victoria Quinn rubber base re-floated and your colour applied evenly across the full nail for a fresh, consistent finish.

Glass top coat
Top coat floated for a flawless mirror shine — chip-resistant and ready to go immediately after your appointment.

We recommend coming in every 3–4 weeks for a gel polish infill. Leaving it longer than 4–5 weeks may mean the gap becomes too large to blend seamlessly, and a full removal and new set may be needed instead.
Yes — colour changes are completely fine at an infill. Just let us know when booking so we can allow a little extra time if needed. Feel free to send a colour reference photo ahead of your appointment.
A small amount of lifting is normal and easily dealt with at an infill. If there is significant lifting across most nails, we may recommend a full removal and fresh set to ensure the best result and nail health.
Absolutely — nail art can be added to any infill appointment. Please mention it when booking so we can allocate enough time, and share any inspiration images in advance if you have them.
No deposit is required. We just ask that if you need to cancel, please do so as soon as possible so another client can take the slot.
Yes — all Victoria Quinn products used at Zoe Lavender are vegan and cruelty free. We're also a certified eco-salon: all waste including nail dust is recycled by the Green Salon Collective. Nothing goes to landfill.
