    Why train with Zoe Lavender

    Taught by someone who
    never stopped learning

Education has always been at the heart of Zoe's career. Since beginning her journey in 2006, Zoe has continually invested in advanced education — travelling to Los Angeles, Canada and across Europe to learn from some of the industry's most respected educators.

She continues to retrain every year, ensuring her students receive the latest European techniques and best practices. Drawing on nearly 20 years of industry experience, Zoe shares the techniques she uses every day within her own successful academy and salon.

You'll be learning from an educator who still works behind the nail desk every week — and teaches techniques proven in real salon environments, not just demonstration conditions.

No — this course is designed exclusively for qualified nail technicians who already hold an accredited e-file qualification, a Builder in a Bottle qualification and hard gel training. It builds on existing skills rather than starting from scratch. If you're new to nails, our Beginners BIAB, E-File & Dry Manicure Course is the right starting point.
You'll need an accredited e-file qualification, a Builder in a Bottle qualification as a minimum, hard gel training, and confidence using an electric file safely. If you're unsure whether your current qualifications meet the requirements, get in touch and we'll advise you.
Your £549 includes a full professional kit — LED lamp, pH bond, base gel, rubber base, top coat, 6 gel colours, BIAB, hard gel and brush, 5 nail brushes, nail files and buffers, cuticle remover, cotton and orange sticks — plus all expert instruction, materials used on the day, and your ABT accredited certificate on completion.
Yes. The course is fully accredited by ABT (Associated Beauty Therapists), accepted by all major UK beauty insurance providers. You can add Russian Manicure to your insured treatment list from the day you complete the course.
The day blends theory and hands-on practice throughout. Every technique is demonstrated before you practise it — covering nail anatomy, e-file bit selection, precision cuticle work, proximal nail fold technique, polish application and product retention. You'll complete a full Russian Manicure on a live model under Zoe's supervision before the day ends.
Class sizes are kept deliberately small so every student receives individual coaching and personalised feedback on their technique throughout the day.
Your full kit is included so there's nothing to source beforehand. You'll need to bring a model — someone whose hands you'll work on for the practical. Full joining instructions are sent once your place is confirmed.
Yes — ongoing support from Zoe Lavender Academy is included after training. If questions come up once you start offering the service to clients, you're never left on your own.
Yes — payment plans are available to make training accessible. Get in touch via the enquiry form and we'll talk through the options that work for you.
